What is Movenze?

Movenze is an Italian word for the personality that shines through movement and is inspired by contemporary dance. Movenze is a strength and conditioning movement practice performed barefoot that focuses on strength, coordination, agility, balance and body awareness.

Why Movenze?

A fusion of techniques and choreographed sequences, Movenze strives to create a movement practice for all levels, ages, and personal training goals by toning, lengthening and strengthening the entire body while achieving physical and emotional wellness and harmony.

About the Creator:

Ilaria Malvezzi is a former contemporary dancer from Italy. Her passion for movement, body dynamics and its physical expression inspired her to study and dance with internationally acclaimed master teachers and choreographers. Dance and theater, continue to intrigue her and drive her interest in the human body, its performance and its boundless potential and talent.
