Flamenco Fitness is a 60 minutes full body workout. The class is divided into few sections: warm up and stretch, mat work (abs, glute exercises), cardio choreography and barre workout. The class have a good amount of flamenco elements, so it has a real flamenco vibe and feeling. In the first level of flamenco fitness class instead of using traditional props, like ball, weights, etc., I use fans. I want my clients to have fun and feel serious connection between music and their body. I use lots of arms movements that are based on Spanish dance and some foot work, which is based on flamenco steps. I believe the workout is more attractive then a traditional workout. Certain exercises focuse on body balance and body control, which can help to prevent your body from injuries.
